Payment
We accept credit card payments through PayPal. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use their service to use your credit card. It’s easy! If we do not receive payment within 48 hours of your order, we’ll have to cancel the order and relist the item. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

USA only. International shipping is subject to shipping and insurance rates by country.

At this time we do not provide international shipping, so all orders must have address location in the United States. Please let us know if you haven’t received your order with two weeks. Orders are mailed within days after receipt of your payment. We are not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping, as it is beyond our control. Every item is packaged with extreme care.

Please provide a valid address to guarantee fraud coverage under PayPal’s seller policies. The address you provide must match PayPal records.

Refunds and Exchanges
Since each piece is personally designed and crafted by Cheryl, if you’re not satisfied, please contact Cheryl directly. We want you to love your purchase and we’ll try diligently to work something out! We attempt to use the highest quality materials and the strongest construction techniques. However, with anything, care is needed to safeguard the product from heavy distress or mistreatment. Jewelry can’t withstand mishandling, such as tugging at the wire, or dropping it on hard surfaces.

Each product item comes with dimensions or length for the jewelry. Please note if the size is right for your intended use. In general, returns will be accepted as long as the item is returned in its original condition and wrapping, undamaged, and is post marked within 14 days of the original sale date. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded cannot be returned COD. Please also obtain shipping insurance of the value of the product in case of loss by the shipping company.
A refund for the purchase price will be issued via PayPal.

Custom Orders
If you want a custom piece of jewelry, please contact Cheryl directly for design options and cost. If you need an adjustment on the length (longer or shorter) of a jewelry piece, please call to indicate the size prior to placing the order. A price adjustment may affect the change in design.

If you would like multiple items of the same design, please allow 7-14 days to complete your order. Each piece of jewelry is hand made by Cheryl. Large orders will take additional time.
